You can place your order to one of the suppliers when the request for quotation has ended or even before. You decide who will get the order, it must not be the supplier with the lowest price. To do that go to "My control panel" and open the list called "Active RfQ's" or "RFQ phase completed, not yet ordered". You can open the list of suppliers and directly place your order. The selected supplier will become a confirmation email with your contact details, the other suppliers will automatically receive a cancellation.
